Squat Challenge

Ok, young and old, how many of us want a firmer butt? Well, I certainly do! So, here is a very easy challenge that will give you great results! *I will be doing this challenge alongside you*

For 25 days, do 25 squats per day. That's a piece of cake! I recommend taking a before picture and after picture ... I know, it's a little uncomfortable, but you will not see the results as well if you don't! Trust me, this challenge will kick your butt (pardon the pun) and miraculously tone those buns ;)

In 25 days, I will post another page and see how many of you did this challenge along with me! I would love if you would all comment and share what the challenge did for you!
