Hey Guys!

I am going to start publishing my workouts so you can do them with me! The goal is to finish them, not do them for time. Feel good when you do because you CAN do them!

Elliptical:
Level 1 - 1 minute
Level 3 - 1 minute
Level 5 - 3 minutes
Level 7 - 5 minutes
Level 9 - 5 minutes
Level 10 - 5 minutes
Level 9 - 5 minutes
Level 7 - 1 minute
Level 5 - 2 minutes
Level 3 - 1 minute
Level 1 - 1 minute

3 rounds of:
30 donkey kicks
30 fire hydrants
30 round kicks

4 rounds of:
20 side leg lifts/leg
20 side leg kicks/leg
20 side leg kicks/leg
20 side leg lifts/leg
