Here is another breakfast idea that I actually had this morning!

Bagel & Berries!

Tastes so good and you get a healthier meal than cereal. Yes, it does have carbs from the bread, but remember, we are not trying to cut out food from our diet - we are trying to adjust how much and how often. The carbs and calories will give you energy to start your day and the fruit is a nice sweet treat :)
