First Breakfast Idea

Ok, so here is one healthy breakfast idea to get started.

Take some oatmeal (not prepackaged like Quakers), add hot water, and let it sit until ready. Easy so far? Good! Next, grab some protein powder (any flavor you like, personally, I prefer chocolate) and sprinkle it on. Just like that! This is probably the fastest breakfast I know how to make! The grains in the oatmeal are great for you, and the protein powder adds flavor as well as...protein. You can also add milk, cinnamon, or berries too!
