Dessert or Morning Breakfast

Here is another recipe I tried on my dad this morning! He LOVED it :D

1/2 - 3/4 c. Greek Yogurt
1/2 scoop of protein powder (you can do more)
1 banana
1 tsp. cinnamon

This tastes so amazing! I had it for breakfast with a fresh cut peach, but you can also use it as dessert! Ps. this works really well if you have kids, because they will think it's pudding ;)
